corned beef with mashed new seasons agria potatoes, asparagus and carrots. Leftovers for lunch! Tuesday
crumbed fish (terakihi probably) with home made chips and salad Wednesday
chilli con carne with rice and salad Thursday
beef and caramelised onion casserole cooked in calzones, probably with more salad (to be creative).
Friday and Saturday night we are out – yay, but I need to bring a dessert so am planning to make a chocolate torte with berries.Sunday – toasted sandwiches
